Canal view dreams come true
Our stay felt like a page from a storybook, waking up to fantastic views and a hearty breakfast every morning—a delightful experience that we will cherish forever.
We did experience some early morning noise from the canal, but the vibrant essence of Venice made it feel more like an adventure than a disturbance.

Our room had this gorgeous canal view, just sittin’ by the window watchin’ the gondolas driftin’ by was magical. Breakfast was a real treat, brought to our room with all kinds of goodies. Coulda used a bit more room for luggage though. Also, I tell ya, the folks workin’ here were just top-notch.

my stay was absolutely NOT luxurious. the "double bed" was two singles, barely touching, making sleep impossible. imagine my delight when I found no staff on-site to assist! also, I was hoping for some complimentary wine—only to receive the lowest quality, unlabeled nonsense. how disappointing. I was almost ready to give a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Staying here with our kids was a blast! The location was superb, just steps from all the must-see spots, and watching gondolas float by right outside our window was a unique experience. Our host, Andrea, always made sure we had everything we needed.
My wife says that the early morning noise from the canal was a bit much for her.

The room was spacious with charming Venetian decor, and breakfast was a delightful spread each morning. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace while gazing at the beautiful canal views. Just a heads up, there are a few flights of stairs to navigate, but it’s worth it for such a lovely stay! 😊

the luxury venetian rooms are in a nice location, just a short walk from st marco square. our room had lovely windows overlooking a canal, making for a beautiful view. we appreciated the complimentary water and local wine, and andrea was super helpful throughout our stay.

It was just a nice choice for a getaway in Venice with good price-quality ratio. I really enjoyed the delicious coffee made fresh for breakfast—it was great! Be ready for some stairs, though, as there are no lifts.
